   Introducing shiplog

   Today we're starting something new. Build in public, on steroids.

   From today on, everyone on hacklab writes a shiplog.

   In the hacklab repo there's a folder called shiplog. Inside it, everyone has their own folder: shiplog/your-hacklab-username. By Sunday midnight there must be a shiplog written there with everything you shipped that week.

   You can write it with AI. But you must read it yourself, and you are responsible for it being great quality.

   I'm not a controlling or micromanaging person. But shiplog is the most important document we have. It will be taken into account when we think about promotions, bonuses, and equity. It is the single most important source of truth about your contributions to hacklab each week.

   Lie in your shiplog and you're fired immediately.

   Based on shiplog we write the changelog. I'm personally reading every shiplog myself.

   Now go. Ship fast, ship early and break things.
