Applicants must currently be based in the UK, already have the right to work in the UK for this full-time role, and be able to work from our Manchester office. This is an office-based role only; remote working is not available.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptional engineer to build Revnu with us from the earliest stage. You will work directly with the founders across product, infrastructure and AI systems, with the freedom and responsibility to shape how the company builds.

This is a high-agency role. You will find important problems, make good decisions with incomplete information and carry work all the way into production. We care much more about what you have built and shipped than your previous companies, credentials or years of experience.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Art and George, Revnu's founders, are both 21-year-old University of Manchester dropouts. The bar is the same for everyone: evidence that you can learn unusually quickly, exercise strong judgement and turn ambiguous ideas into excellent working software.

What you'll work on

• The core agent that works as a growth hire for each customer, choosing and running experiments across SEO, outbound, ads, social and whatever channel makes sense next
• The shared intelligence that carries a useful learning from one channel into every other channel, so the product develops a real understanding of demand for each customer
