The hire owns HR end to end: hiring, payroll and compliance.
What you’ll do
- Hire at volume, mainly frontline staff and interns, from sourcing to joining
- Run monthly payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity)
- Handle offer letters, onboarding/offboarding, contracts and HR records
- Manage a growing frontline workforce and its vendors
- Keep our books and filings on track with our accounting partners
You have
- 4–7 years in HR in India, hands-on with payroll and statutory compliance
- Experience hiring and managing frontline or contract workforces at volume
- Comfort with payroll/HRIS tools (Rippling a plus)
- Ownership, discretion, and some overlap with US hours
