On-target earnings: $170,000 - $220,000 in year one. Uncapped above that. Top performer here should clear $500,000+.

That’s this job. You find outstanding candidates, get them onto Standout, and get them intro’d to companies that will hire them. Every step of that pays you.

What you actually do all day

• Hunt. LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord servers, university clubs, WhatsApp groups, alumni Slacks, in person at meetups. Wherever the good ones are hiding.
• Reach out cold and get replies. Dozens a day, not five.
• Get them signed up and their profile complete.
• Push intros to our client companies and chase them until someone books an interview.
• Ring the bell when they get hired.

You will be measured on four numbers, on a leaderboard, updated live: outreach sent, signups activated, intros accepted, hires made. Everyone sees everyone’s.
