About me

Physics at the University of Warsaw, plus a Management & AI degree at Kozminski I am about to finish. Building CogniCap, early-stage training-data infrastructure for embodied AI. Still pre-prototype, hardware in the build phase with a few robotics students. Before that: co-founded ExtremeBox, an IoT box for polar climate research that got deployed and tested on Svalbard and in Antarctica, and APPI, a .NET plus Python platform for document querying that does not hallucinate. Two years of LLM red-teaming, fine-tuning and agentic workflows at AI Wizards. Public code worth a look: ucap, depth-gated anonymization for egocentric video with SAM 3 and UniDepth, 0 silent face leaks against 57 for the EgoBlur baseline. Also an interactive electromagnetism site I built to survive my own physics exam, and a cohort-component projection of Poland fertility out to 2080. Bachelor thesis is on anonymizing humanoid-robot training data. Sail, ski, climb badly.

The Quiet Collapse: Poland's fertility decline

What drove Polish fertility down between 2002 and 2024, and what the population looks like in 2080 if it holds. GUS register data, cohort-component projection, PCA + k-means, raincloud plots. Finding: modal age of first birth has sat at 26-27 since the mid-1980s, so this is a quantum shift, not postponement.
