## YC company profile

The company brain for construction companies

Alloovium is the document intelligence layer for construction 🏗️ It reads every document and piece of data on a project (contracts, specs, drawings, compliance records, conversations), turning them into answers you can trust and actions with real value: every answer cites its exact source sentence, paperwork is checked clause by clause against the builder's own Integrated Management System, and nothing AI-drafted moves without a human sign-off, with it all compliant by default.

## Founders

### Zander Schweitzer — Founder/CEO

CEO @ Alloovium (YC S26) | I'm a Civil Engineer who has spent my whole life around construction, having my first experience in a bulldozer at 5 yrs old. Since then, I've driven dozers, dump trucks and loaders, done some site surveying and cut my teeth in construction as a site engineer on some of Australia's coolest civil marine projects.

Now, I'm building the software I always wanted @ Alloovium.

### Omar Elloumi — Founder/CPO

CPO @ Alloovium (YC S26) spent three years at LexisNexis turning ML research into production systems for highly regulated legal data.
Now i’m bringing that experience in AI & Product to build the future of construction @ Alloovium.
