Ascenix is building custom software for running senior homes. We combine reusable building blocks into workflows tailored to each home's existing processes, from incident reporting to reimbursement. Homes get custom software without hiring an engineering team.

Living in a retirement home convinced us that the best way to improve residents' lives is to improve the systems staff rely on. As the older population grows, care teams need more time and resources. Repetitive reporting, missed reimbursement, and compliance problems take those away, while disconnected tools add costs and leave staff moving information between systems.

Our building blocks gather information from EHRs like PointClickCare and other sources, process it, apply rules, and produce reports, tasks, or emails. Incident reporting and reimbursement reviews usually come from two separate vendors. Ascenix builds both from the same blocks, in one interface, so data isn't stuck in silos. Homes start with their biggest bottleneck and add workflows as priorities change.
