Memoir is a video call with a proactive AI teammate built in. While people talk, it picks up the work hiding in the conversation and starts on it, in real time. Say "let me pull up the pricing deck" and it appears on your screen. Say "let's sketch the architecture" and a diagram draws itself for everyone. Ask "Memoir, what did we decide on pricing?" and it answers out loud from the call itself, with context gathered beforehand.

When the call ends, the follow-ups are already written: the email to the customer, the calendar hold, the reminder, each one click to send. The work that usually waits hours after a meeting, or never happens, is ready before you hang up.

Agents already work in our inboxes, browsers and code editors. Calls are where teams make decisions, and agents still aren't in the room. We're starting with technical founders on the sales and design calls they host, where a slow follow-up costs a deal, and building toward calls where people and agents work side by side.
