## YC company profile

The highest performance modular battery packs for mobility/vehicles

We started off building the highest performance, 470 volt electric off-road vehicles but we realized our ultra power dense battery packs are useful for mobile and stationary energy storage and power export, for military and consumer use cases. We develop battery packs, power electronics, and traction powertrain systems for vehicles.

For the majority of 2026 we were marketing our electric off-road vehicles, but we pivoted to selling our high performance battery packs and power export capabilities in the month of September. We went from having $769,000 in consumer pre-orders (possibly low conversion rate to sales) to $421,815 in realized revenue in 1 month, with a $792,000 qualified pipeline.

Our tech is so compelling because the safety and layout of high voltage battery packs has only been mastered by large, well funded OEM companies who have brought it in-house. That means all other companies without the in-house expertise rely on battery companies to develop packs, and power electronics companies to develop power export capabilities. SPM has both of those capabilities in-house so we can ensure a fast turnaround and much more reliable product.

One of the biggest priorities of the department of war is energy dominance. We're seeing it constantly in new solicitations. Our strategy is superior - become a prime, but simultaneously service primes because most of then don't actually have the battery and power electronics expertise we have.
