Agents that run short-term rental operations end-to-end
Trellis is building toward a new hospitality platform: one that does not just help guests find homes, but actually operates them with agents.
Our first wedge is short-term rental property managers, replacing their fragmented stack across guest messages, tasks, cleaners, maintenance, vendors, and owner updates with agents that run operations end-to-end.
In two months, we’ve grown to $500k ARR across 35 customers and 3000 listings, growing around 15% week over week, with one customer already running day-to-day operations with no human involved.

Lodovico Benvenuti — Founder/CEO
Hi, I’m Lodo.
I believe the next decade of software belongs to systems that grow around you, not tools you adapt to. Static SaaS is dying. The future is AI-native software that learns, builds, and evolves with every customer.
I’m building that future for hospitality with Trellis: an AI-native operating system that learns how each operator runs, then builds the workflows and nterfaces needed to execute the business.
We don't sell software with AI, we sell AI that builds your software
Jan Sahagun — Founder/COO
Hey, I'm Jan.
Ex hockey player who turned his athlete's mindset into sales.
In under 2 years in STR tech I closed $2M worldwide and built an STR media platform from scratch.
We're currently building the future of short-term rentals to give property managers the last piece of software they'll ever need.
Not another tool with AI bolted on but an AI that builds their software.
