Getting started with VybeCoding

This module frames the VybeCoding experience, walks you through setup with v0, and guides you into your very first VybeCoding session.

Module objectives

By the end of this module you will be able to:

• Describe the VybeCoding mindset and how it differs from traditional coding
• Explain the flow and goals of this 2 hour session
• Complete the basic setup and onboarding for v0
• Participate in a guided VybeCoding exercise from idea to prototype

Chapters in this module

1. Course flow and goals
   Get a clear picture of what VybeCoding is, how v0 fits in, and what we will accomplish together.

2. Setup and onboarding
   Make sure everyone can access v0, navigate the interface, and understand core concepts.

3. First VybeCoding session
   Run a structured but playful session where you build a small interactive experience with v0.

How this module fits into the 2 hour session

This single module is designed to fill one 2 hour lecture:

• Part 1 – Orientation (0–20 min): Chapter 1
• Part 2 – Setup (20–40 min): Chapter 2
• Part 3 – Hands-on VybeCoding (40–110 min): Chapter 3
• Part 4 – Reflection & wrap-up (110–120 min): Built into Chapter 3

Instructors can adjust timing depending on class size and technical familiarity.
