Submissions, for producers: every new request becomes a ready file, one click keys every carrier portal for a first quote during the call, quotes come back side by side, and binding updates the AMS with no double entry.
Servicing, for CSRs and account managers: answers about any account with their source, COIs and follow-ups drafted, renewal reminders 90, 60 and 30 days out with remarketing when premiums jump, and coverage gaps across the book turned into cross-sell leads.
